AE Industrial Partners
Andrew “Andy” Boyd has joined the operating partner ranks at this defense- and space-focused private equity firm, following a three-decade intelligence community career.
Boyd’s government service career culminated with a stint as director of the CIA’s Center for Cyber Intelligence, a role that involved interactions with the White House and members of Congress.
Most recently, Boyd founded Faze 2 Strategy to work with growth-phase technology companies that focus on cyber. He currently is on the boards of directors at AE Industrial-backed companies CASE and REDLattice.
Chenega MIOS
John Jordan is now president of Chenega Analytic Business Solutions, one of several subsidiaries that make up Chenega Corp.’s larger MIOS shared services enterprise.
Jordan will also continue in his role as president of the Venturi subsidiary, which he first joined in 2020 and most recently was a senior vice president at.
His career in industry also includes roles at KBR, Wyle and CAS. His time at KBR included a stint as a senior vice president for operations.
Clarity Innovations
Molly Beggy has joined the national security software and cyber engineering company as vice president of proposal operations, a role she brings 10 years of business development experience to.
She will help lead Clarity’s push to secure more defense and intelligence contracts, which involves work to optimize the company’s proposal operations.
Beggy most recently worked as a proposal development lead at Accenture Federal Services, which she joined in 2022 through AFS’ acquisition of Novetta. Her career also includes roles at Science Applications International Corp., Engility and TASC.
Intuitive Machines
James Frelk started on Monday as senior vice president of data services at the space exploration and infrastructure company, which he brings 30 years of combined government and industry experience to.
Frelk joins Intuitive Machines to help lead the buildout of its data transmission services portfolio for space customers in the national security, civil and commercial markets.
His government career includes service as deputy associate administrator for program analysis and evaluation at NASA, plus director of the Commerce Department’s Office of Space Commerce. He also was involved in the founding of both Lockheed Martin’s space imaging business and the company today known as Maxar.
Premier Enterprise Solutions
Christopher Miller has joined this provider of IT and professional services as vice president of growth and strategy, a role he brings 25 years of experience to.
Miller most recently worked as senior vice president of business development and strategic partnerships at Exiger. His career also includes a stint as chief operating officer at ProSphere, plus other senior roles at companies such as LinQuest and Science Applications International Corp.
Premier Enterprise Solutions is a service-disabled/veteran-owned small business that touts cloud computing, cybersecurity and program management as among its core service lines.
System High
Karl Borden has moved up to executive vice president for operations and growth at this provider of global protection and security engineering services.
The three-decade industry veteran joined System High in 2016 and most recently worked as vice president of science and technology protection, a role that involved functions such as employee relations and program performance.
In his new role, Borden will lead System High’s daily operations and strategic growth efforts.
